Justin Byrne - CEO

Justin arrived from Australia in 1994 and quickly found his niche in Sales & Recruitment. He established Certus in January 2001 and remains responsible for the growth and development of the business. Outside work, Justin has a passion for water sports and grabs any opportunity he can to get to his family's holiday home in North Cornwall or to get on a boat and go sailing. Justin is married with three children.

James Tompsett - Business Development Director

James joined Certus in June 2004. After several years as the company’s top performing recruiter, James has held a number of more strategic positions where he has helped grow the business into the major sales & marketing recruiter it is today. James now holds the position of Business Development Director where he is tasked with winning, retaining and growing key clients across all markets. Outside of work James enjoys Cooking, Wine, Rugby and badly played Golf.

Martin Evans - Sales Manager

Martin has worked at Certus for 4 years, now managing the Twyford Office. Classically French trained, his passion in life is food (with a glass of full bodied red!). He also enjoys numerous competitive sporting and social activities including being a single figure golfer, triathlon and marathon runner. He is also a keen specimen carp angler.

James Cuthbertson - Sales Manager

James joined Certus in September 2009 after graduating from King’s College London in Anatomy. Now responsible for running the Business Information and Financial services desk as well as managing a strong book of clients. Outside of work James is a keen rugby player representing Guys Hospital RFC. He is also has a keen interest in Natural History and property development.

Lloyd Stokes - Sales Manager

Lloyd has been with Certus for 3 and a half years in total and since returning to the business in 2010 is responsible for heading up the commercial team. Lloyd begun his business to business sales career in 2005 within corporate training before moving into sales recruitment in 2007. Outside of work, when not on the rugby pitch, Lloyd can usually be found in the kitchen whipping up an eight course taster menu for his friends!
