process we will explore every aspect of your personality, your
skills, experience & ambitions. Whilst we will no doubt
discuss your achievements it doesn't mean you won't
have to prove yourself. We want to discover how you react
in different situations and to different people, as this
will enable us to make sure the opportunities we discuss
with you are exactly or at least as close as possible to
the role you're looking for. We want to see candidates who
understand that we can provide the opportunity, but
that the rest is up to them.
