Our Remuneration and Positioning service provides a ‘real' assessment of the packages your organisation offers across the sales function. Whilst there are many services that offer salary checking and comparison, very few of them take into consideration all related information.
By understanding all elements of the packages you offer and the responsibilities of each position, including revenue targets and related information we are able to provide a real and honest assessment of how your packages compare to others on offer in the market.
An important point to consider is that most salary checking services purely assess your packages against your direct competitors only. Often, however, they fail to take into consideration other sectors that are competing directly within the same candidate pool. They also fail to recognise how the salary and On Target Earnings relate to individual sales targets and revenue generation.
Upon completion of the project you are provided with a comprehensive assessment of how your total package relates to other organisations, both those within your sector and also those competing within the same candidate pool. The assessment also includes recommendations and advice on how any changes would affect the calibre of candidate you could attract and, importantly, retain.
