Candidate Referral Scheme

Certus Sales operates a candidate referral scheme - if you like how we work and think we can help someone you know - simply refer them to us and if we subsequently place them in a role with a client we will send you £150.00!

Conditions apply

• Any candidate referred must be ‘new’ – ie not already registered with Certus Sales.
• Candidates referred MUST inform us that they are contacting us as a result of your referral at the time of registering.
• Payments will be made once the client has paid Certus Sales and any candidate guarantee period has expired.
• You will be responsible for any tax/ HMRC liability arising from referral payments.
