As a resourcer you will work alongside a senior consultant to attract and resource candidates from within your specialist sector. You will be trained in all aspects of permanent recruitment and develop a real expertise in you specialist area.
Applications are invited from recent 2.1 graduates with a minimum 3 B's at A Level, who demonstrate a passion for a career in sales & recruitment. This is a challenging role with a defined set of objectives during the training period, that offers unlimited career potential and the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's leading sales recruiters.
You will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, have a strong personality and the ability to liaise and influence at all levels.
