From workshops through to assessments and more, this start-up platform covers penetration testing, network security, and ethical hacking via easy-to-use pre-built courses. To reach their full potential, they now have an exciting opening for a remote-based Sales and Marketing Operations Manager.

As a remote Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, you will:  

• Become the first member of a RevOPS team
• Play a critical role in managing processes between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Own the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success tech stacks
• Help build and drive a RevOPS strategy
• Identify gaps and optimise strategies for new business, renewals, and expansions
• Seek to automate processes
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs

The ideal Sales and Marketing Operations Manager will:  

• 2 years RevOPS experience
• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success tech stacks
• HubSpot, PlanHat, Amplitude, Intercom, Chili Piper, Gong, Pocus, Zoominfo
• Start-up / scale-up exposure
• Strong communication skills
• Technically minded / quick learner
• Project management skills
