NYC / Chicago - Remote
140-150 base, 280-300k OTE + Excellent Benefits
As a hot LegalTech company, our client is well funded, enjoying a rapid ramp-up in revenues, and has a scalable product that is used by many of the world’s largest law firms. As they continue to grow their North American client base, they currently have an immediate opening for a remote-based and LegalTech experienced VP of Sales.
As VP of Sales, you will:

As they continue to grow their North American client base, they currently have an immediate opening for a remote-based and LegalTech experienced VP of Sales.
As VP of Sales, you will:
- Build out a North American sales function
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Lead sales by targeting mid to large law firms
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with senior management on developing and implementing best practices and improvements
- Set and achieve ambitious goals
- Analyse and report on competitors, activities, and forecasting
- Drive a growing team through KPI development, 1-2-1s, and regular sales coaching
- Grow and inspire the team through knowledge transfer
- Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales within a SaaS company
- Legaltech experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of the legal industry
- Previously sold into the mid-market/large law firm sector
- An adaptable management style
- Inspirational coach / mentor to professionals at varying levels
- Outstanding communication and organisation skills
- An entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiations skills, a can-do attitude, and demonstrable business acumen
- An initial base salary circa 140-150k
- An uncapped OTE of 280-300k
