Our well-funded and highly successful client has a leading MarTech platform that drives results. Through AI, our client’s platform analyses multiple intent data sets to drive pipeline growth and revenue generation. Well-received at Large mid-market and enterprise levels, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for a Senior Agency Sales Executive to target the UK and Europe. This position carries the title of AVP of Agency Sales.
  
As a Senior Agency Sales Executive, you will:  
  • Develop and nurture Agency relationships across a large European territory
  • Drive new business, agency-based revenue
  • Develop and implement a strategy to win, retain, and grow agency revenue
  • Prospect for new business and also respond to incoming leads from agencies across Europe
  • Target and manage a portfolio of key agency account
  • Manage the full and complex agency sales cycle from identification through to close
  • Work with agencies to drive their business
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and sales figures
  • Partner with customer success colleagues
  • Grow and lead the Agency Sales Team, as revenue permits
Senior Agency Sales Executive applicants will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Degree educated
  • Intelligent, inquisitive, and competitive
  • 5-6+ years of experience gained in agency sales (B2B Media)
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Highly strategic
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated with proven influencing skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • New business focused with a track record of success
  • The ability to manage a complex 360 sales cycle
  • Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a persuasive nature
The successful Senior Agency Sales Executive can expect:  
  • A base salary of 100-120k
  • First-year achievable OTE of 200-240k
