Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Manager to be based in NYC.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture existing relationships
- Drive revenue growth
- Cross-sell and up-sell
- Act as primary customer contact
- Manage implementations and user training
- Prepare and present renewal contracts
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver a first-class customer experience
- Prepare and present account reviews
- Degree-educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive, and possess 2+ years of account management experience
- Those with experience in SaaS/Technology sales
- Self-motivated and results-orientated candidates with proven organizational skills
- Account management-focused sales performers with a track record of success
- Those with the ability to manage relationships at every level
- Those with gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a desire to be part of an evolving scale-up company
- A base salary of 80-110k
- First-year achievable OTE of 105-145k
