After navigating the challenges of 2023, we're optimistic about the future and seek an experienced Billing Manager/Team Leader to facilitate growth through both personal billing and effective team management. This role presents an exciting opportunity, with the potential for progression into a pure leadership role based on performance.
  
Reporting to the President of North America, you will closely collaborate with the local team and regularly engage with overseas colleagues to identify and maximize opportunities.

Responsibilities:  

• Build, grow, and develop a contract IT division
• Achieve personal and team targets
• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Maintain and enhance service quality
• Drive growth in gross margin/NFI
• Recruit and develop team members
• Lead regular team meetings
• Drive best practices and process management
• Uphold company core values
• Collaborate with FD, HR, Operations, and Board Members

Qualifications:  

• A passionate IT Contract Recruiter with relevant recruitment leadership experience or a genuine desire to move into their first leadership position
• Proven recruitment success
