I have submitted my CV, what happens next?
One of our specialist consultants will assess your CV against the requirements of the role to which you have applied. If your CV meets the basic requirements we will phone you to conduct an initial telescreen which will cover you most recent roles, your achievements and your reason for looking to change jobs.If you are successful at this stage we will invite you in to one of our offices for a formal sales interview, during which we will investigate all aspects of your skills and experience and assess your suitablility for various opportunities.
