| Justin arrived from Australia in 1994 and quickly found his niche in Sales & Recruitment. He established Certus in January 2001 and remains responsible for the growth and development of the business. Outside work, Justin has a passion for water sports and grabs any opportunity he can to get to his family's holiday home in North Cornwall or to get on a boat and go sailing. | Martin has worked at Certus for 4 years, now managing the Twyford Office. Classically French trained, his passion in life is food (with a glass of full bodied red!). He also enjoys numerous competitive sporting and social activities including being a single figure golfer, triathlon and marathon runner. He is also a keen specimen carp angler. | James joined Certus in September 2009 after graduating from King’s College London in Anatomy. Now responsible for running the Business Information and Financial services desk as well as managing a strong book of clients. Outside of work James is a keen rugby player representing Guys Hospital RFC. He is also has a keen interest in Natural History and property development. | Matthew joined Certus in 2009 having graduated from University of Southampton and now heads up the Technology Sales Desk in London. Outside work Matt is a Chelsea fan and plays football for 'Team Certus' once a week. | Lloyd has been with Certus for 3 and a half years in total and since returning to the business in 2010 is responsible for heading up the commercial team. Lloyd begun his business to business sales career in 2005 within corporate training before moving into sales recruitment in 2007. Outside of work Lloyd can be found mostly in Kent where he enjoys coaching rugby and gardening with his girlfriend.
