- Prepare for all prospect engagements
- Manage a complex sales process
- Close sales of varying value through an end-to-end solution sales process
- Deliver a first-class customer experience
- Develop in-depth knowledge
- Possess a minimum of 1+ years closing sales experience
- Sold to engineering firms, construction, facilities management and PropTech industry (preferred)
- Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
- High levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
- Hungry, committed and a demonstrable hunter mentality
- Ambition, drive, and a portfolio of interests outside of work
- Relationship building
